This monochromatic painting was done first and it's where I made my mistakes. First i painted the neck first when I should've done the outer border first. I attempted to blur the border into the center.

I painted my Triadic neck second. I changed the border to a solid border and did it before the rest of the painting. I chose magenta, cerulean blue, and pale yellow as my colors for this one. I liked the many shading options the yellows allows.

This is my Complimentary painting. The colors i chose are a pale orange a dusty blue. This is quite possibly my least favorite of the four because the proportions of the neck to chin are off and I didn't quite reach the brighter orange hue i wanted.

This is my Analogous painting, though it could arguably be monochromatic as well. This was by far my favorite. The various shades of pink and purple gave me lots of options for shading and the proportions were perfect.
